Back Up and Restore your Android smartphone

Don't put your most important information at risk. Back it up!

Contact's Backup without software:-

 To backup your contacts without using software, first go to your mobile contact list.
Then click on 3 vertical dots or Settings icon, in that you will find "Import/Export contacts"
option. Select that option. In that using "Export to storage" option you can save all your contacts in local mobile storage in "vcf" file format. 
You can save that file & email to your email id for safety.
Whenever you want to restore your contacts back, download this file in your mobile & 
using "Import from Storage" option restore your contacts back.

What is a Nandroid Backup?
  A Nandroid backup is a backup of your entire Android system saved to your SDcard. Due to the possibility of anything going wrong when changing aspects of the Android system.


Creating a Backup:
Inside of ROM Toolbox go into ROM Management and swipe left to right so you are on the Management screen. As you can see there is a backup option right there. By default it is set to the current date and time.
After you name the backup your device will reboot into recovery and create the backup. You now have a Nandroid backup ready to be restored when needed.
Restoring a Backup:
Once you have created a backup, you are able to restore it from the inside of ROM Toolbox using the Backup Tab. This tab will list all the backups that you have created and allow you to restore them.
