Increase Your Computers Partition Size After Installing Operating System

Increase Your Computers Partition Size After Installing Operating System

If you already assigned some GB space to your “C” drive at the time of installing OS; & now your system Pop ups message about “Low disk space in C drive” & you want to increase your C drive disk space, then what to do?
You would need to resize all partitions of your hard drive in order to increase the space on C drive.
Backup your data first.
There are two ways to resize.
First, you can format the hard drive & recreate the necessary partitions according to the size you prefer. Then reload Windows & all the necessary applications.
The second way is to use a partition resizing tool or manager.
A free manager called EASEUS Partition Manager’ can be used to resize the partitions directly from Windows.
You won’t need to format the hard drive or reinstall your applications. But you would definitely need to backup your data just in case of any data loss during the procedure.
Do not switch off, reset or power off your computer during resizing (Pray for no power cuts).
You can also do the same with paid software called ‘Partition Magic’.
